Order Cancellation

At The House of Preet, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel your order. Please refer to our cancellation policy outlined below:

Pre-shipment Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped without any cancellation charges.
  • To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via email at pratikbhalerao162@gmail.com or call us at 9834156278.
  • Please provide your order number and registered email address for faster processing.

Post-shipment Cancellations

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled directly.
  • You may refuse to accept the delivery, in which case the order will be returned to us.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for refused deliveries.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the products you received, you can return them within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags/labels attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging without any damage.
  • Intimate wear, jewelry, accessories, and sale items marked as "non-returnable" cannot be returned.
  • Customized products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Return

  1. Initiate a return request by contacting our customer service team via email at pratikbhalerao162@gmail.com or call us at 9834156278.
  2. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging along with the return form.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Original Payment Method Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account after processing.
  • Net Banking/UPI: Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
  • Store Credit: In some cases, we may issue a store credit which can be used for future purchases.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the received product is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Submit clear photographs of the damage or defect.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping charges.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for products within 7 days of delivery in case of size or color issues, subject to availability. The exchange process follows the same steps as returns, but please specify that you want an exchange rather than a refund.

If the exchanged product is of higher value than the original purchase, you will need to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
