PREET Materials Guide

Our Materials

Sustainable fabrics that feel good on your skin and on your conscience

The Fabric of Sustainability

At PREET, we believe that the materials we choose form the foundation of our commitment to sustainability. Every fiber is carefully selected not only for its beauty and comfort but for its impact on our planet.

Our fabrics are chosen to be kind to your skin, gentle on the earth, and crafted to stand the test of time. When you wear PREET, you're wrapped in materials that tell a story of conscious creation and respect for nature.

Our Sustainable Fabrics

Hemp Fabric

Organic Hemp

Hemp is one of nature's most remarkable fibers and a cornerstone of our collection. This ancient crop grows quickly without pesticides or fertilizers, requires minimal water, and actually improves soil health.

Low Water Usage

Hemp requires 50% less water than conventional cotton to grow, helping conserve this precious resource.

Naturally Anti-bacterial

Hemp's natural anti-bacterial properties mean less washing and longer wear between cleaning.

Exceptionally Durable

Hemp fibers are 3x stronger than cotton, creating garments that withstand years of wear and love.

Our hemp is sourced from certified organic farms and processed using low-impact methods to preserve its natural strength and character.

TENCEL™ Lyocell

TENCEL™ Lyocell represents the future of sustainable textiles. Made from sustainably harvested wood pulp in a closed-loop process, this innovative fiber combines luxurious comfort with remarkable eco-credentials.

Closed-Loop Production

99.5% of water and solvents used in production are recycled in a closed system, minimizing waste.

Silky Smooth Texture

Feels incredibly soft against skin while offering excellent breathability and moisture management.

Biodegradable

Returns to nature at the end of its life cycle, leaving minimal environmental footprint.

We source our TENCEL™ exclusively from Lenzing, an industry leader in sustainable fiber production with strict environmental standards.

TENCEL™ Fabric
Organic Cotton Fabric

Organic Cotton

Our GOTS-certified organic cotton represents a radical departure from conventional cotton production. Grown without toxic pesticides or synthetic fertilizers, it protects farmer health, soil vitality, and water purity.

91% Less Water

Our organic cotton uses 91% less water than conventional cotton, helping preserve water resources.

Hypoallergenic

Free from harsh chemicals, making it ideal for sensitive skin and reducing allergic reactions.

Chemical-Free

No synthetic pesticides or fertilizers are used, protecting ecosystems and biodiversity.

Our organic cotton carries Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certification, ensuring environmental and social responsibility throughout the supply chain.
